3 is now available to rent. It is a large apartment
(930 sq.m. or 1,000 sq.ft.) on the second floor of
the South Wing, with a spacious sitting-room, two
bedrooms, two bathrooms and a small kitchen. It has
views to the south (Wolstonbury Hill) and to the
west (walled garden and tennis&endash;court). There
is a lift to the ground floor.

all-inclusive monthly rental for this apartment is
£3,000 (double occupancy), £2,800
(single). Before occupation, a refundable deposit
of six months' rental is required.

us?
Our three chefs provide a varied menu, and if you
want to invite friends, there is a guest-room for
which a modest charge is made on the monthly
account. The ratio of staff to residents is 1:3, so
you really can forget about those household chores.
There are three laundry-rooms, one on each floor,
or you can send your washing out by a weekly
service.
